An exciting offer for serving and returning secondary teachers who are moving into teaching mathematics, but do not have a previous mathematical qualification. It will enable staff to develop a deeper knowledge and understanding of all aspects of mathematics.
St Helens TSA has successfully run this programme since 2014-15 with a total of 62 delegates completing the training programme. This innovative Maths Subject Knowledge Enhancement (TSST) course is delivered in partnership with experienced staff from Rainford High School working to support the maths hub alongside extremely experienced staff from Liverpool Hope University.
